Team + access
What does AgencyFlo's team + access do?
Why your agency needs team + access. Roles and access without per-seat charges.
Roles and access without per-seat charges.
Add the whole team on flat pricing, with the right access for each role.

Connected to the whole loop
Nothing here is a silo. Changes flow to projects, invoices and your P&L automatically, so the rest of the system stays in sync without manual re-entry.

No stitched-together stack
Replace the patchwork of single-purpose tools with one operating system, so your team spends time on client work instead of moving data between apps.

Why per-seat pricing punishes growth
Per-seat tools charge for every login, so agencies start rationing access. Contractors share an account. Junior staff get left out. The data goes partial. The margin reports it feeds quietly stop reflecting the whole team. AgencyFlo charges a flat tier price, so everyone who touches client work gets their own login and the numbers stay complete.
The right access for each role
Owners see everything. Team members see their projects and tasks. Contractors and freelancers see only what's assigned to them, with the wider finances and client roster kept out of view. Roles are set per person and adjusted as people move between engagements, so access matches what someone is actually working on.
Add the whole team without watching the bill
Adding a designer, a project manager or a six-week contractor never changes the monthly cost. That removes the quiet tax on hiring, where every new face meant another seat to approve. The whole team works in one system, so utilisation and margin reflect everyone, not the subset the budget allowed. Flat pricing is what makes complete data affordable.
Frequently asked questions
Does AgencyFlo charge per seat?+
No. AgencyFlo is flat-priced within each tier ($50 per month for teams up to 25, $100 per month for 26 to 249, custom for 250+), so adding a designer, a project manager or a contractor never raises the bill. Per-seat pricing punishes growth. Flat pricing means the whole team is covered without the owner counting heads.
What roles and permissions does AgencyFlo support?+
AgencyFlo supports owner, admin, team member and limited-access roles, each with the right view of projects, time, finance and client data. Owners see everything, team members see their projects and tasks, and limited-access roles (contractors, freelancers) see only what's assigned to them. Roles are assigned per person and adjusted as people move between engagements.
Can I add contractors and freelancers to AgencyFlo?+
Yes. Contractors and freelancers add as team members with limited access, scoped to the projects they're working on. They log time, see their tasks and update status, but don't see the wider agency finances or client roster. Because pricing is flat, adding a contractor for a six-week engagement doesn't change the monthly bill.
How is this different from per-seat tools like Asana or Notion?+
Per-seat tools charge for every login, so agencies end up rationing access (one shared account for contractors, no access for junior staff) and the data stays partial. AgencyFlo charges a flat tier price, so every person who touches client work has their own login and the data is complete. Margin and utilisation reports actually reflect the whole team, not a subset.
Can clients log in to AgencyFlo?+
Client-facing surfaces in AgencyFlo (proposals, contracts, invoices, client reports) are accessed by clients without a paid login, under the studio's white-label brand. Clients view the documents and reports relevant to them, but don't see the internal project graph, time entries or margin numbers. There's no extra seat charge for client access.
