Separate. Teamwork CRM (the renamed Teamwork Sales / Spaces product) is its own SKU at roughly $11 per user per month, on top of any Teamwork.com Projects tier. So a 15-person agency on Grow ($25.99/user/month) plus CRM lands around $555/month before any proposals or e-sign tooling. AgencyFlo includes CRM, proposals, contracts, e-sign and invoicing in the flat $50/month price.
Can Teamwork.com actually send proposals and contracts, or do I still need Pandadoc?+
Teamwork can export an invoice and integrates with Pandadoc, DocuSign and HelloSign for proposals and e-sign, but it doesn't draft, send or sign documents natively. Most agencies on Teamwork still pay separately for a proposals/contracts tool. AgencyFlo writes the proposal with FloAI, signs the contract and raises the invoice from the same record, so the loop closes inside one system.
