Terms of service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AgencyFlo platform, website, and any related services (together, the “Service”), operated by AgencyFlo Ltd (“AgencyFlo”, “we”, “us”).

By signing up for an account, applying for early access, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you’re using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation.

You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us as soon as possible if you believe an account has been compromised.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You retain all rights to the data, files, and content you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant AgencyFlo a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You’re responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit Customer Content and that doing so doesn’t violate any law or any third party’s rights.

Don’t use the Service to do anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes on someone else’s rights. Specifically, don’t: reverse engineer the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, send malware, scrape data at scale, or use the Service to send unsolicited messages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice depending on the severity.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Lifetime access plans, where offered, are non-transferable.

We may change our pricing for future billing cycles with at least 30 days’ notice. If you don’t agree to a price change, you can cancel before it takes effect.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend the Service if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would create undue risk for us or our other customers.

On termination, we’ll give you a reasonable window to export your Customer Content before deleting it from our active systems.

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by law.

The AgencyFlo Service, including the platform, brand, and design, is and remains the property of AgencyFlo Ltd. You don’t acquire any ownership of our IP by using the Service.

Feedback you provide can be used by AgencyFlo without restriction to improve the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgencyFlo’s total liability to you in respect of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
